Darren Day is a fantastic lawyer. He will definitely FIGHT for you. He believes that right is right and wrong is wrong. Hands down the best lawyer I’ve seen around here. Thank you once again for your hard work and service.

Do not use them if it’s custody or child support. They try and force you to sign papers that are one sided and benefit the opposing party. If you refuse to sign they will stop working with you. They don’t tell you about up coming court date and they don’t send you or give you copies of court papers. They tell you to just agree with what the other side wants because they don’t want to have to go to court. They just want the money you are giving them but they don’t want to help you at all. Please do not use them for custody or child support. I have had multiple other attorneys tell me that they wish they could have warned me about them before I used them I have told everyone that I know that is going through custody or child support to stay as far away from the Day Law Firm as possible.

To get straight to it, would 100% recommend Day Law Firm. Their communication was over the top; whether it was talking on the phone or getting updates about my case via text. The outcome of my case was also fantastic. Without getting into it, to me, the outcome far exceeded my expectations. If you’re in need of a lawyer for a traffic violation, Day Law Firm is the way to go!

I have to say this that Darren Day and the Day Law Firm; Darren is one of the Premier Attorneys in Eastern North Carolina to me! He is so obviously well rounded in the law as well! He's extremely busy as a counselor and attorney in such that he's done a great job for me with on time action on my case, and within limited information from me I find his services to be quite excellent!!

I'm only giving 2 stars in the hopes that it entices people to read. Unresponsive doesn't even begin to describe this law firm. Darren will sell you a dream on your consultation, but its only a dream. Darren only called the day before court dates, did not file motions he said he would which impaired my ability to see my son, repeatedly forgot information related to my case, and would not respond to e-mail, phone or text for 2-3 weeks at a time. I reached out at most 2 times a week and on the rare occasion I did speak to his receptionist he was always in court that day.... no matter which day. At one point I was told to contact his paralegal without being given any contact information. In fact the only thing that got Darren to respond with any urgency was when the other attorney reached out to him. I live 2 hours from Greenville and the day before the final court appearance Darren tells me I have to appear after 3 weeks of radio silence. After almost 3 months Darren tried to hammer out a complete agreement the morning of the court appearance. He rushed my decisions because the judge was ready to leave the courtroom by the end. If Darren works hard there would be no way for me to know since he gave me the literal bare minimum of communication throughout. I unequivocally do not recommend this law firm. Go with literally anyone else I am begging you.
