One star cannot describe the distasteful experience we endured with this unprofessional ‘representative of the law’. Like a 1970’s cheap used car dealer Robert Shuttera spoke with enthusiasm and confidence accepting our case. This could not be any farther than the truth. He screens and does not return any phone calls. We received a reply six months later only delaying us one month before the statue of limitations expired. It was in the form of a letter apologizing of his change of heart denying our case wishing us luck in pursuing the case with little time left. This is a despicable firm and 11 months later we feel cheated by a fraud. Our child was a victim of an accident due to negligence only to be disappointed once more by the firm who was supposed to defend her.
