I was sued by Cedar Park Regional Medical Center (Predator hospital) in 2018 for a 2017 trip to the emergency room. To make a long story short the hospital sued for a fraudulent bill. The bill included upcoding, unbundling, charges for unnecessary medical tests. I was charged for (6) bags of .09% Normal Saline at a cost of $168/bag. That amounts to 1.58 gallons given via IV over 1 hour and 16 minutes. It took 9 months to remove (5) bags. Deloney was informed it was a fraudulent bill and decided to drop the case. He sued again in 2019. He lost at trial in 2022. I was pro se.
