We hired this law firm to help us with disability discrimination with our HOA. I don't know if she saw us as weak because of the physical disability or what but this was the worst experience ever. We talked on the phone for a consult and paid a large retainer. She met with us one time then billed us for more money to move forward. She failed to show up for the meetings she arranged for us with the city regarding ADA rules and regulations and she did not do any more work on our case. She claimed she "couldn't find the city building". After a year went by with zero communication she sent us a letter with threats of exploitation and threats to ruin our reputation as a ploy to keep our unused retainer. Horrible experience. She takes advantage of the most vulnerable members of our society. Now she is seeking shelter under the disability law herself to not be held accountable for her unlawful actions. To top it off it's been almost two years and we just received another invoice saying she just used up the balance of the retainer. Unbelievable. She is now under investigation with the AZ State Bar Association for her illegal actions. If you have had any type of experience like this please report her to the state bar. It is so wrong when someone in a position of power uses that power to steal, exploit and threaten others. Especially when they do it to the most vulnerable members of our society.

Kindra did a great job with our company in a recent business acquisition. It was apparent from the beginning that she was very knowledgeable and proficient in business law. She also has an excellent professional support staff who kept us in sync with the schedule and made sure all agreements were in order with no missing content or signatures. The Deneau Law firm did a HORRIBLE JOB representing my company. We hired the Deneau law firm in May of 2021 and she ended up dropping us as clients a few days before our court date in August 2023. Deneau constantly delayed and deliberately pushed out the date, charged us tens of thousands of dollars and left us at a complete disadvantage by not responding to the opposing councils motions in a timely fashion. Deneau refused to send over the file after our new attorney requested it from her on several occasions. She set me up to lose my business.

We had the pleasure to work with Kendra at Deneau Law firm. Kendra and her staff helped me and my wife in aquisition of a business. We have been impressed with their attention to detail, timeliness and clear communication from the entire team. We felt very strongly during this process that not only this firm was representing us but also looking after our interest. They really took the time reviewing every line item in the contracts / documents, explain us and share their solutions / options when they came across an item that was not in our best interest. While we had issues with the team on the other side, we felt that Kendra and her team stayed on top and pushed them to keep things moving forward. We are delighted to continue using their services for all or any legal metters related to our business. Above all, we also found them to be at a reasonable cost for their services.

I am pleased with the results of my experience with this Law Firm and gained new clarity and insight into my situation. I had a few reservations about visiting a new Law Firm regarding an on-going commercial lease agreement. However, Kindra was very personable and able to resolve and answer all my questions bearing the client's best interests in mind. Also, she helped make a few contingency plans and the best approach to take moving forward. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who may require a law firm in the future. Updated: Kindra has followed back up with me regarding the contingency plans with new information and even more solutions to my commercial lease agreement. If you are ever in a bind, I highly recommend this law firm: the due diligence process and follow-ups are very rare these days.
