Had phone appointment with Eric scheduled today at 4:30. He never called so 10 minutes later I called the office. The staff knew nothing about the call. They advised me to call his cell. I called him and he didnt even apologize for the trouble. He asked me my concern and in about 30 seconds I explained my reason for calling. He started screaming at me about how my company has all the power and what did I want HIM to do about it! I was stunned! I have never dealt with unprofessionalism on this level in my 55 years of life. After I explained what I wanted him to possibly do, he yelled at me more. I asked him why he was "screaming" and he said "Why did you have to talk to me? you're dealing with my para legal?. He then abruptly hung up. Absolutely unbelievable. He's a loose cannon. Sure would never use his services!! BEWARE!!!

This is the best lawyer in nky ! No doubt ! As soon as I walked through the doors at deters law firm , I instantly felt like I was their family. They cared for me like I was one of their own. I definitely recommend coming here. Eric was so friendly and quick to shake my hand and introduce himself. Very professional. Very upbeat setting. If I could rate 6 stars I would !!

Covid has paused hearings and things but it hasn’t stopped lawyers and staff from working hard everyday for clients like me. They even have a photographer & videographer photograph injuries. The secretary is the sweetest & very knowledgeable for any questions I’ve had. I’ve had cases settled in the past with other firms with car accidents and Deters Law has excelled beyond my expectations. This place is my Law Firm for life. Eric the Bulldog. No need to say more.
