Have to try this review again because the original review failed to post. I was in a car accident. Some guy was driving with his dog and got distracted. He hit me from behind when I was stopped at a red light. I was taken in an ambulance to Lakewest and my van was impounded. Dicello came highly recommended by a co-worker. There were many ambulance chasers who tried to get my case. I wasn't seriously hurt and I didnt expect much compensation. Dicello just told me I am not getting anything from my accident. No money. None at all. I am actually out hundreds of dollars for paying the impound for my van and from the excursion. It was impounded when I went in the ambulance. What a hassle. They called me to explain it and just talked in circles, not ever getting to the actual point. Who gets in an accident and doesnt get compensated? I am furious! I am livid! There is no justice and Dicello did NOT do their job
