I have worked with this company for a couple of years and the service was terrific until recently but I’m at the end with one last account to resolve. I have called the DiGiuliio Law Firm SEVERAL TIMES each with the promise of; they are working on it and a call back. I never get a call back and when I asked to speak with a supervisor I got a rude young lady who also didn’t call me back when she promised she would, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she wanted a reason. Really? How about I’m an unsatisfied customer!? I have made EVERY payment on time but here at the end it seems this firm wants to keep me on the hook for their service fees. I’m about to take over negotiations on my own since the DiGiulio Law Firm has apparently stopped doing what they where hired to do. I was very impressed until a month ago now I couldn’t be more disappointed in the rude way I’ve been treated and unresponsive lack of customer service this company has delivered. In very short order they when from a company I would probably recommend to a company I would definitely NOT endorse. Save yourself the headache, look elsewhere.

This service was extremely poor. There were five account managers that handled the account with many "dropped balls". There were over 6k paid in fees and only 1k paid to the debt with 8 months left in the program. If you are in a desperate situation, please think twice before utilizing this program. 6/23/2020- In regards to the response, I did not disappear. The complaint was filed with various goverment agencies as the company is aware. This was very unprofessional and not a valid response. It could be viewed as "slander".

When starting my bankruptcy, I was lost, clueless, and undereducated. Because of this, I pushed filing off for months and months and months. Dan and Ashley took a look at my situation and knew what I would qualify for (Chapter 7) right off the bat and made sure to break everything down in term's I could understand. They gave me a couple different options when it came to paying them for their law services. They we're actually affordable and easy to incorporate into my budget. When I met with my creditors, they showed up early and gave me a heads up of what to expect which calmed my wife's emotions about the whole thing, and when it came time to be interviewed, Ashley listened and watched like a hawk to make sure my rights weren't overlooked or compromised. I received my discharge letter about 3 months after court and my credit score increased instantly. Since they made sure we covered all my debts in detail before filing, my credit reports from all 3 bureaus showed no debt. If have to file bankruptcy, call them. I was referred to them by my mom when she filed bankruptcy a few years ago when my dad had a heart attack and nearly passed away. From what we gathered almost all their business comes from positive referrals!! Thanks Ashley and Dan!!

FANTASTIC firm. Ms. DiGiulio walked me personally through most of my case, took immediate and excellent care of me, bulldozed down roadblocks, was professional, efficient, and prompt. She was also quite personable and very reasonably priced and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. My case was handled and resolved much better than I expected and she made it very easy and as stressfree as it could possibly have been for me. I feel like I got an excellent value and absolutely recommend DiGiulio to anyone and will use them again if I ever need.

I don't recall his name, but a male returned my phone call for a consultation regarding sexual battery. He was incredibly insulting and insensitive. I can now understand why so many cases get unreported.
