My wife has been waiting 3yrs and 11 months to have her case settled and as of today it’s been settled but still no pay out. We had to pay medical bills out of pocket because they went into collections waiting on these people. If you want to be lied to, ignored and end up with medical bills in collections then this is the place to utilize. My wife has email communications saying she’ll receive the wire transfer on x date but still no deposit. She has sent them emails and no response. She’s also went months without hearing a word from them. The times she was able to talk to a person she was feed lies and given the run around by Molly and Emily. Go anywhere else except this place. I feel my wife’s pain because no one deserves to be treated as such.
