I agree with the horrible reviews on this page. I asked an hourly rate question, and the woman that answered the phone acted like that information is kept at Ft. Knox, and her attitude was so horrible I said to her that I don't even know how he gets any business with her as his "gatekeeper." And I said I used to work for lawyers in Washington, DC, and ALL of them had an hourly rate that was even an average! I said to her "I don't know how he even gets any new business with you answering his phone!"
I think this firm is amazing! They've represented me in court and are incredibly professional! The yearly educational expo is the best I've been to (including Texas Apartment Association Education Conference which I've repeatedly attended including every non-overlapping lecture possible)! The freely available information is absolutely outstanding! They've also provided numerous other services & I've been personally thrilled every single time without exception! I'm seriously considering joining the yearly / monthly subscription plan & expect that I would derive incredible value far, far beyond the meager investment for it!!!
