Cortney Sells (Owner) and "The Firm" engaged in a pattern of dishonest and unprofessional behaviour during the 4 months I have had the displeasure of engaging them. They violated the exclusivity clause in the LOI, actively solicited buyers during the exclusivity period (even after funding had been secured) and disregarded my express request not to meet with my lender without my presence. Cortney’s conduct demonstrates a lack of integrity and trustworthiness. This was my experience and I would caution ANYONE against doing business with Cortney Sells or “The Firm”. **Edit: After successfully funding the acquisition, my team and I decided to abandon the deal due to Courtney’s unethical behaviour.
