Very sketchy representation! Been in litigation for Pradaxa since 2015. Realize that overall award amount is what it is BUT there is no transparency to verify amount. Had the balls to contact me with a lowball offer from the total award amount, which was absolutely insulting. Brought up several key points in my case that Gallagher apparently didn't even followup on. Had the nerve to have someone they called a 'special administrator' offer to move my 'points award' (what they're offering) to a higher status for a FEE. Talking to anyone is a waste of time as those not on the corporate letterhead have zero ability to help. Receive letters every few months with apologies for delays and some nonsense that it's Medicare's fault (unable to find anything to substantiate that) and payment is again delayed. Feel like Gallagher is running a scam; collecting legitimate settlements with no intention of paying victims what they are entitled to. Trying to find counsel willing to look into legal malpractice but like the 'Blue wall', attorneys are reluctant to turn on their own. ***Update 9/24. Finally receiving settlement; freaking joke!! They apparently rate settlements on what they deem a client's life is worth. Apparently my 85 yr old mom was worth $8K, even after admitting Pradaxa directly caused her death. Took a boatload in fees and alerted Michigan Medicare to take 50% (legal but not necessarily required). End result was $3K for my my mother's life out of a $6M settlement for a little over 2000 people.

I give one star because there are no negative numbers to choose. I will say the exact same thing most of these reviews say - we get no response, even though the case has long been settled. Numerous family members have dealt with this office to no avail. We can't get any information on our dad's settlement. They just keep saying they'll send us the paperwork to confirm our identities. But NOTHING ever gets sent. I'd love to know where to report an irresponsible law office such as this one. They should not be allowed to work pharmaceutical cases.... ever.

I have been dealing with this office because of the Essure. Been a few years. I have been told a few more months to get my payout several times. First it was Archer holding it up. I called them it was released a while ago. Now it's the Co-consel that is holding up dispersment of payment. I can call once a week and leave a message and not get return calls! I was told that it should be ready by last Friday. It's Monday. No email, no call, no answer when I call! Yet they get 40% off the top!!! Maybe their payments should be help by us until we see fit to give it to them!!

My mesh case was transferred to this firm a few years ago. I have not had a good experience they do not communicate with me there client, they do not return phone calls or mail any new updates in my case so I feel left in the dark. I called today after leaving messsages for over 6 weeks and demanded to speak to some one the receptionist stated that checks were going to be mailed out the end of August ????????? What kind of answer is that no one has called to discuss an amount with me I have another surgery scheduled for tomorrow does that not effect my case? She then transferred me to the rudest woman I have ever spoken to I stated that I was the client I would have appropriated a call back after leaving messages for 6 weeks I then said I didn't want them representing me she said fine she would transfer my case. I just hung up the phone very disappointed and disgusted.

Lack of commuication is one bad point. Was told a settlement was reached on roundup case, however after over 2 years still no settlement payment.
