sorry Marcos I should have already shared this!!.. I went through a DUI charge, possession of a firearm while intoxicated charge. This lasted 5 long years and Marcos fought it for 3 years! It was in the city of Alcoa where they have almost a 100 % conviction rate on DUI (WHICH ISNT POSSIBLE ON THE UP AND UP) and absolutely do not reduce charges or even negotiate!!.. I had dirty cops changing their stories lying about what happened and they were getting away with it! i hired a cheap attorney in the same county and he was a total waste of time!!!!.. The moment I hired Marcos he was personable and understanding. My first appearance in court with Marcos was ... well he walked in like a bad ass with swagger and he had the respect of everyone in the court room!!..
