If I could I would give her no stars. I spent thousands of dollars for her to introduce herself with extreme rudeness, would not call me back. In fact the only time I heard from her is when she told me that she would never give me my kids or when she billed me. Extremely unprofessional, unwilling to help with anything and made it very well known she didn’t care to help one bit.. almost 10,000 dollars later I had to drop my case because she was so hateful and unprofessional. My lawyer even made comments to me about how he’d never seen someone so hateful never knowing me. I definitely would Bot recommend… unless you want to deal with attitude, non compliance, non communication, and spend thousands of dollars doing it. Terrible..

Shannon was nice but rude to me at the same time she was bias and was not in the best interest of my children as a GaL she was against me the whole time and lied in court to protect my kids dad she was always on his side she said my daughter said she was at the neighbors house my kids had never been at neighbors house but to put my kids in harms way is terrible but only time will tell…. Shannon mentioned to me that the women that come in her office be trying to take the kids away from the dad my kids father has never been on child support or had any trouble seeing his children in 10 years. My kids dad mentioned in a text that after court Shannon said I needed guidance and to sue me. I believe my kid no matter what the justice system decides kids don’t lie about SA.

Mr. Gordon did not represent me. However, he did help me. He was fair and helpful with a very uncomfortable situation that was much like a divorce. He could have taken fees from my proceeds, yet he declined to do so. I believe that shows some integrity.

I am not a client. I will start there for full disclosure. However, I called to speak with Bob Gordan about issues I had with one of his clients, in lieu of direct conversation with aforementioned client. A lady answered the phone and immediately begin very aggressive conversation towards me about how I needed to have a lawyer to call and talk to a lawyer, like that is how the law works. I am very well spoken, educated and always cordial and despite my well articulated reasons on why I was calling she hung up on me. I called back and a much shorter version yet very similar conversation transpired. Would of just left it alone, but to compound the unfortunate and completely unprofessional event, they forward an email lying about the nature, context, and events in the conversation to an attorney representing a family member. If lying is a practice on which they base their actions, the efforts will not sustain.

Words can't express my gratitude to the Gordon Law Firm. Not only for their legal expertise, which is top notch, but for their kindness and compassion as well. I went through a very nasty and contentious divorce that also involved a custody, financial and property dispute. Shannon guided me through the entire process from start to finish with a level-headed approach that clearly displayed her many years of experience in family law. I also worked with Bob Gordon for a period of time and he provided the same, excellent level of service.
