Rude, dismissive, haughty, condescending. I am absolutely dumbfounded that she has any positive reviews at all. Less than 15 minutes on the phone with her was more than enough for me to know that she had absolutely no vested interest in helping. I do find it interesting that they ask for your annual income on your intake questionnaire. Maybe that’s why I got such bad service.
