Best closing experience. As the seller, I did not have a say in where the closing was, but very glad it was with the Hawes team. The staff was friendly, closing attorney had a great personality that made signing all the docs enjoyable. They really make closing exciting for the buyers and enjoyable for the sellers. I’m genuinely sad we already have a closing scheduled with a different firm. I would switch now if possible. Will definitely use in the future.

Our attorney, Makayla, has the most amazing personality and made my first time homebuyers feel very comfortable during the signing process by taking the time to engage with them, explaining each document and welcoming their questions as they were seeking understanding. I love my clients and when someone else shows the same love and care that I do it doesn’t go unnoticed. Hawes provided good energy, champagne, snacks (the good ones, not the value brands), a confetti celebration and even threw in a personalized keychain for my buyers with a closing photo!! The listing agent gave me push back when I put their name on the contract but by the end of this closing she was vowing to bring all of her business to HLF! This was by far the BEST CLOSING EXPERIENCE!! From the moment my fiancé & I walked into the office, we were made to feel welcomed & appreciated. The entire staff was a joy to work with. Our attorney, Meciala King is brilliant, personable, patient, and well-organized. As a person that brings her A game to every experience, her organizational especially impressed me! She also helped to make our seller feel more at ease during the process by taking the time to explain each document.
