The Heights

I love the apartment we moved into, the floors are lovely as well as the floor plan. My only complaint is the garage was not cleaned before we moved in, as we were told and when I swept what looked like bird nest in the corners and cob webs around the door, I accidentally disconnect a wire. Told the maintenance gentleman, if it was cleaned out like we were told, I would not have had to clean it myself. Also, there was trash outside our patio. There is an old saying, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. We were the squeaky wheel and things got done. Have to say though, the hallways look unfinished without a baseboard. I've worked in construction and I have never seen hallways, without baseboards. There are places where the drywall has been damaged, hence the reason for baseboards, which prevents that from happening. Bottom line, hallways look unfinished, looking like a warehouse.

My daughter and son-in-law moved in 5 months ago. I am very upset that the ants situation has not been fixed. They have had to replace food in there freezer, pantry and anything that is on the counter going on 2 times. The ants have invaded there closet, living quarters no matter what they do they still come back. My daughter is a neat freak. The management company states it is not there responsibility BUT! pursuant to the law it is their responsibility it is considered a health problem. No matter low or regular rent, they are paying for a safe and healthy environment. The management should reimburse them for the food lost and FIX the problem. Not, push it off to the renters to pay for an exterminator, people cannot afford to go out and pay for all new groceries to replace every 2 months because the ants have gotten into there refrigerator, freezer or pantry. FIX IT! No one complains for fear of retribution. This is not right at all in my books.

Ok so I've been reading all the posted reviews and it seems that most residents who say they live here and write a poor review must not live where I live. I have lived at The Heights in Chino Hills for nearly 2 years. This has by far been the best place I've rented ever, including the places in Orange County. Staff is incredible, maintenance is so professional and prompt in changing light bulbs, AC filters and putting my screen back on track when my dog ran into it! Yes that's all I've needed. I am really happy here. My daughter lived here before she rented a house and she and my grandson still miss being here. The grounds are immaculate and the landscaping is attended to professionally. Isn't a spa supposed to be like a bath tub? Warm? nAnyway I give 5 stars all the way around!!!

This is one of the best apartment in Chino Hills Area . i called up Heights i told i am moving from Seattle and cannot come directly for paper work .Staffs are so nice they made all the paper work in a day through online and made my move very easy .Apartment is pretty awesome with all facilities. And the leasing office staffs are so nice they answer all queries and provide necessary help if we need .

Love the staff and maintenance people. GREAT FLOOR PLANS. Only drawback and uncontrollable, neighbors make too much noise.
