Great Lawyer.

Matthew Henry is nothing more than a criminal and thief, pretending to be a lawyer. I made the terrible mistake of trusting him with an estate case. Behind my back, he proceeded to spend the entire life savings of my parents. This money represented a lifetime of hard work and savings on the part of my parents, and Matt simply helped himself to spend it all. He will almost certainly be spending time in prison for this crime. I can only hope that authorities work quickly to ensure justice is served here, and Matt ends up getting an appropriate prison sentence for his crime of stealing and squandering my family's hard-earned life savings.

Paid Mr. Henry $3k to handle 2 trademark registrations in Oct 2013. He didn't file the applications for 7 months. Countless e-mails went unanswered when I asked for a status update. After several months of excuses, I figured out how to check myself, only to find that Mr. Henry failed to answer an action notice for 6 months, so the USPTO abandoned our applications in Sept. 2016. Nearly 3 years lost. He refused to refund our money, even though he failed to perform his professional responsibilities. I now have to pay another attorney to complete. Not to be trusted, highly unprofessional.

Matt henry will take your retainer and not refund it back we had to get the office of professional conduct involved to see what they can do.Do not hire this lawyer you can fnd better out their beware. We hired him for a construction home defect and then had to certify mail him to fire him do to not communicating.

Our firm retained Matt Henry over a year ago to do a small foreclosure and after months and months of dissapearing acts and excuses, we have turned to the Arkansas office of professional contact to start a formal complaint and hopefully get out retainer returned. From what I can tell, his firm is closing.
