My fiance and I had Nicolas Hite for a custody case and we are pleased with the outcome. He was always very kind, truthful, and cared about our concerns. Answer all of our questions and concerns. He's very soft spoken never rude with us. Yes its alittle hard to contact him at times but we understand that he has many other cases to deal with. His price was very reasonable as well and allowed payments to be made over time. He will always be my first go to lawyer if I ever needed one in the future.

I have worked with Nicholas Hite both as an advocate for others in a professional capacity, as well as in my own personal capacity for my own legal issues. My previous employer, BreakOUT! contracted with Hite Law Group in 2016 to handle about 20 name changes & gender marker changes for transgender youth/ young adults. He handled each with the utmost care and professionalism and in most cases, was able to handle the entire case without the person ever having to step foot in court. I have since referred others (both friends & attorneys for consultation on their own cases) to Nicholas for issues regarding wills & estates, birth certificate changes, child custody issues, divorces, and other matters related to family & civil law. In 2019, Nicholas handled a legal issue for me, liaising seamlessly with an out-of-state attorney to get my legal needs met, and keeping me informed throughout the process. Highly recommended!
