Bo is an amazing attorney he was appointed to me for three theft charges one of them was a probation revocation and another one was a state jail felony I was getting offered felony probation for 5 years and also took it and they ended up dropping it to 3 years and they we're gonna dismiss a misdomeanor but I told Bo I didn't want a felony conviction and wanted to take it to trial to try and get a misdomeanor conviction and risk prison time he supported me in taking it to trial even when I wanted to back out and take the deferred probation offer, he told me a felony is a felony even if it's deferred and thanks to him I didn't take the deal and the prosecutor finally dropped it to a misdomeanor conviction and just did 15 days in Collin county and the other theft charges ran concurrent...He's a great lawyer that actually cares and thanks to him I'm not a convicted felon and not on probation... I'll definitely be using him even if I have to pay his retainer
