The Krebs Law Firm Llc

Reviews

I would like to thank Jason Krebs for helping me on my disability claim. He was very thorough and meticulous to detail on my case. Both him and his staff (Brigitte and Michele) are very nice and kept me informed on everything about my case. They answered all questions I had and returned my phone calls and emails in a timely manner when I left messages for them. nnI won my case with his help and appreciate everything they did for me. If anyone needs a disability attorney don't hesitate to give him a call. He is great and will go above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend him!
My husband had filed for disability and was denied, so not knowing anything about the process we made an appointment with Krebs Law Firm. The appointment was made very quickly. Everyone was wonderful. They answered all of our questions with precision. He explained what the process was where people could understand it. If we had a question after the appointment, I would e-mail him and get a quick response. He won my husband's case.
Krebs Law Firm won my case. Jason is quick in response and on top of his game. I recommend Jason Krebs for any of your needs. Also the girls in the office are great as well.
I find it interesting that all of these glowing, 5 star reviews are appearing on this board, because my experience with Krebs was horrible. I was surprised because I'd heard through the grapevine that they were good with disability claims. nTo start with, it took me 3 tries, on 3 different days, to get anyone there to answer the phone. On the first try I left a voicemail with a call back number, which was completely ignored. On the 3rd try, which was Sept. 7, I reached Michelle, a paralegal who listened and seemed to be adept with her work. nFrom there it was all downhill. Michelle asked me to send her a copy of my denial letter, (dated August 23) which I did. nOn Sept. 24, when I hadn't heard a peep from them, I e-mailed Michelle to see whether she had received the copy of the letter . It was only then that she bothered to e-mail me back and tell me that she had gotten it, and Mr. Krebs had looked at it and they had discovered I had a DLI (Date Last Insured) of September 30, 2014 which meant I needed to prove, with records, that all my medical conditions were disabling before that date. She already knew that a big problem with my claim was that, since I hadn't been able to work, I hadn't been able to afford much medical care. It was, also only then that she told me they weren't working on claims with DLI's. There was no suggestion of any other attorney who might be able to help.nI do not recommend this law firm.
