On October 31, 2016 Victoria Lagoe - As my law guardian you arrived in court late fumbling around with a pile of folders and forgetting to stand up to address the judge 'twice' . This court date was to save me ! You knew I had an open cps case and was in trouble. My family anxiously waited 3 days for that emergency court date. Everybody said yes to the agreement - the judge ,moms lawyer, mom, dad ...But you as my so called Law Guardian said 'NO' because you wanted to talk to me... 'Poof'! Court was over! Outside, people shared their frustration and you said you would talk to Me first thing on Monday and help me and my family! You never called or helped or cared . You didn't protect me and I was murdered less than 2 weeks later.
