I engaged Terry Garrett at the suggestion of another attorney friend who knew her and felt very confident that she could help me. Terry is the first and only lawyer who has ever provided me with a copy of the Lawyer's Creed. I have hired at least 7 lawyers over the years and this was a 1st! She is a smart and exceedingly capable lawyer and a woman of high moral character. She did an excellent job for my family. and was generous with her time and knowledge. When we came up against something that she felt was not her strong suit, she did not hesitate to help me find the right person for the task ahead. I cannot speak highly enough of her skills, her compassion or the honesty and integrity with which she and her staff operate.

She is wonderfully brilliant and pragmatic - a true help in the very scary world of dealing with incapacitated family members we love.

Terry Garrett and her staff were great. Terry suggested several things regarding our estate that we didn't even know about. We made several changes at the last minute and she was very gracious about making the changes. We also used Terry to designate my husband as executor for his Mother's will with the court. She made the process easy, was in court with him. We felt that her fees were very reasonable for the probate and our estate documents.
