Edit: The response below is the first time I've heard of James since I left the building and he stopped replying to my emails and texts. To this day my deposit hasn't been returned and opposed to what is stated below the deposit was never refunded. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- James was in charge of my building. It’s been a couple of months since I moved out and when it came to the return of our deposit we have faced nothing but unanswered emails and texts. Hope that’s useful information. For context he was appointed as a receiver to collect rent once the building I was living at was foreclosed. This is more of a cautionary tale on regards of the kind of person you'd be working with. James wish you the best and I hope my money was used for something of good.
