I was referred to Jeff Springer by a friend and I have been very happy. My original call was returned within a hour. The entire process, while slow due to dealing with insurance, has been pretty easy on my part. I have kept in the loop with all communication. When I speak to either Jeff or Michaela I feel that they have my best interest in mind and are willing to answer any questions that I may have. I really appreciate everything they have done for my case and would highly recommend.

I called Jeff Springer after seeing his law firm on the internet and left a VM stating the nature of my inquiry. I knew it was a long shot I would get a return call as the Springer Steinberg firm is very well respected but Jeff called back an hour later at 6PM and listened to my story. Although my inquiry was not an area of law they typically dealt with Jeff promised to refer me to a colleague. The next morning I received a follow-up call and email recommending another lawyer better suited for my case. I couldn't believe the customer service and attention spent on my small matter. I would definitely recommend this law firm to anybody needing a smart and resourceful lawyer with a great reputation.

This group of attorneys is very dishonest and manipulative. Family law case was severely mishandled, when challenged they disposed of evidence, lied about confidential meetings, forced their ex attorney to lie about client privileged information, and refused to accept accountability, AND significantly overcharged for their bumbled services.

Very professional while handling my DUI case in Logan county. Communication could have been better but I got the best possible outcome.
