Do Not work with these guys - I wanted to give them zero star. Harold Jerry charged us $4000 plus filing fees and put our house in Irrevocable Trust. Turned out that was prohibited by our mortgage contract, which he never told us. The bank started foreclosure proceeding so our cr score dropped over 200 points, and we borrow from our TDA and cashed out our IRA to pay back to mortgage. Then no one wanted lend us more money. On top of which Harold Gerry stopped responding to my email. I got very upset and turned to his higher up Laura Wieldner and the partner B Monaco, who "apologized" for Harold not returning my email timely (He NEVER returned my emails). Neither of them got back to me since. DO NOT Work with these guys

After my Mother passed and it came time to pay the nursing home there was an opportunity to negotiate a lower rate with the facility but this firm instead offered the nursing home the remainder of her estate to the penny. There are plenty of attorneys doing elder law work...look elsewhere. As my Mom used to say "a word to the wise"

There are some unprofessional attorneys and they were very unreliable. I lost money and time because of them. Only one of them in their firm was helpful during over 1 years membership I had with them through a legal plan. If I had an option, I will never choose them ever again because it was very damaging to me in many ways.
