Spence has been my sole real estate attorney since 2016. I have consistently received quality service at competitive prices. He has always been able to meet all of my real estate needs. There are too many services he has provided. A short list includes execution of evictions, operating agreement creation, contract law and review, advising on current landlord tenant law, effectively responding to frivolous lawsuits and representation in court proceedings.

This is my favorite Attorney EVER. He is good with all legal issues. I watched all of the attorneys in the courtroom for one session and picked him out as the best and ask him after court if he could help me with a renter situation of one in my homes. He has been my Families attorney for anything, if ever needed since. He does most all legal counsel you could think of .Great at each. I would vote him or call him to be a great Prosecuting attorney one day, if he would even want it. Great person, STAND UP GUY ! Spence Stover is the best!
