Tried reaching out to Mr. Murray multiple times over the past year and never received any communication from him. It was only after my husband left a review that we received an email ( 2 hours after review was posted) trying to find out what the issue was. I then forwarded the multiple emails I had sent to him over the past year and he told me he thought he had called us with the information. Nope....never got any phone call or voicemail but a great try to deflect the lack of communication on his part. He then finally sent me his correspondence that we had been asking for over a year later after this had been dismissed. Mr. Murray just needs to work on communication. He is lacking in that department.
