I am only giving this firm a 1 Star only because the inital contact was pretty good. Afterwards, it was down hill. We have reached out a number of times to proceed with the services offered, to only not get one returned call back. The lack of responsivness is extremely unprofessional and leads to the perception of poor values. The inconsideration of our time as potential and willing clients must be a hidden blessing to prevent a bigger headache down the road.
