The Law Office Of Christine Garner

We have been attempting to work with Pratt Law/Security Title to purchase a short sale home for the last 5 months (they represent the sellers). They have been terrible at keeping us updated and will not return phone calls/emails from our agent or lawyer for weeks even months at a time. When we do receive updates on our file they have several times been innacurate. Our contract is still pending but I'm now jaded to the point I have a hard time believing the updates we do receive.
