Garscin law firm assisted me in multiple area over the years. One area was fighting against a lawsuit claim against our company which she provided fantastic direction and resolved the issue for us. Complaint of Misrepresentation and ConspiracynnDuring the entire month of September I spoke to a rotating door of people claiming to represent my insurance company and the other party's. The first misrepresentation was that from Bryce Barshter which I have documented. But there was also a Samantha whom called me claiming to represent Larimer County Court Collections which coincides with a contact by Samantha Wilson and I don't doubt that these two Samantha's are one and the same. nnThen I was contacted by Craig Campbell, the other party's insurance agent whom himself is guilty of unfair dealings and Insurance Bad Faith and he, I presume, is related to William J. Campbell whom I have several grievances with. And then I received a message from someone named Jerri whom claimed to be another rep from my insurance provider and which by synchronicity would also be the name of a clerk at Municipal Records Dept. nnAnd now for the part that really upsets me?I received a response from one of the countless lawyers whom I have tried to acquire; Melissa Garscin. With funds secured by means of family at the ready she entered into an agreement to defend me. I had discovered a week earlier on the online public docket that my arraignment hearing had been changed to pretrial readiness hearing and scheduled for 11/29/16, and I had been deprived of the right to enter my own plea in a court of law.nnMelissa stated that this was simply an error resulting from the court's relocating to a new location and for me not to worry. Having explained in my initial contact letter of the numerous wrongful arrests based on the deliberate mistake of identity regarding another individual with the same name, she stated that she had checked into that and that no warrants or actions were made to detain me and to appear as the summons as ordered. She also stated that she would not be present with me, but to submit a motion for continuance for Oct 31, which the docket has recorded as a review hearing which she said she be accompanying me to.nnShe stated that she had checked into any outstanding warrants for my arrest, finding none, and advised me to appear at my arraignment hearing despite that fact that hearing had been altered and rescheduled without my having been notified and without my having the opportunity to enter my own plea. Still cautious, I did a search and found to my chagrin that in fact there was a warrant for this other individual with the same name.nnAnd while I harbored little doubt at the time that the plan was for me to be arrested on a warrant for Zachary Scott Freeman when I appeared and then left to sit in jail until 11/29/16 for a pretrial readiness hearing which is why I emailed a photocopy of the warrant to as many officials as I could that night, all doubt was removed when after receiving no further communication whatsoever from Melissa I called her number and found it had been disconnected, her email address no longer valid. nnI could lie by fanning surprise but well...I will admit my surprise that she would use her real name while acting so dubiously.nnSigned,nZachary I.
