I just met with Timothy today. (Eric A.) He was very kind, very very knowledgeable about my unique circumstance and I decided to not continue my case in filing an appeal. He had a check in hand for close to a grand, I offered to pay him for his time as it seemed a bad decision to continue my unemployment claim with his knowledge on the subject, although he certainly would have. There were many hurdles, mostly my fault. I would have only ended up with a couple hundred bucks if we won. He was very very clear about that. I offered to pay him for his time today and for emails back and forth, and he just said, we 'll consider this a consultation at no charge. I can't guarantee that to everyone. But he continued to hear my plight after that and said he felt bad for the position I was in. Even gave his thoughts on the matter.
