Mr. Cook has a great heart and is a good, honest attorney. Everyone has personal issues and family emergencies, lawyers included. I'm proud of the work he has done and is continuing to do for my kids and I. He's worth every penny!

I retained this office back on January 3rd 2018. I had an emergency situation where my sons mother was violating our court order, and was not letting me see my son. Mr. Cook assured me we would have temporary orders in 3 weeks, and some quick results due to the fact she was violating the order. After over a month of no calls emails, or contact. I started to reach out to get some answers. Another couple weeks went by with him dodging my calls and emails. So I began to ask for my retainer back. Mr. Cook took this as a personal attack, and basically told me to sue him. Now Here we are almost 6 months later. I have tried numerous attempts to get my money back including the suggested mediation with the Austin Bar Association. All a huge waste of time... They basically told me to sue him. So here we are he still has my $1500 retainer. I have not received any document, or had anything filed by his office. He spends all his time and money flying on vacations and going to see his family. He will tell you they are business meeting, and conferences. Not only am I shocked, and amazed with how this "professional" office has conducted business, but they are literally trying to rob me, and my family. Stay away from this office!!!
