Attorney Rafidi was the most amazing attorney. I had originally tried to do the dissolution on my own, and I didn’t turn in all the paperwork requested by the court. The court would not tell me what I didn’t turn in because they said it was considered giving legal advice and I had to contact an attorney. This was two weeks before my court hearing. I called three different offices and attorney Rafidi contacted me within the hour. He quickly got my court date pushed back a month, and got me all the paperwork I had not completed. He also contacted my ex for me to have him sign the corrected documents. Attorney Rafidi was very informative about how the court hearing would proceed and I felt super confident because of him. His prices are affordable and worth every penny. I could not have done this without him and I’m so grateful he was the one who contacted me and held my hand through this difficult process.

I have had to deal with many attorneys over my life and Fred is one of the best I have dealt with. He is probably the only one who sends you a billing statement at the end of each month with an update on your balance and how your retainer was applied. I can't tell you how many attorneys hit you with a huge bill at the end of the month and it's not even itemized. I had a long and complicated custody case that he helped me with and it sure was a process. He was able to handle every matter and described each step to me in detail. He wrote up the final shared parenting plan that was finally signed and the more it gets implemented, the more I realize that he has not missed one detail. The other side still tries to complicate every exchange or visitation but his paperwork has provisions to handle every angle. It is on point and is solid. Every issue is clearly laid out and does not leave room for misinterpretation. I highly recommend Fred for your legal needs.
