She and her staff not only drafted the will in a timely and concise manner (which I expected, at any rate), she really showed the extra personal and human touches during the actual signing event. Her patience and ability to explain the complex issues to my mom, in a kind and caring manner, was very reassuring and comforting to both my mother and myself. It was simultaneously professional and yet conveyed the impression that she would have spent the entire day patiently explaining the fine points, if it were necessary to make my mom comfortable with the result.
