No communication, they dont work for you. Took SIX YEARS to resolve a car accident case where i wasnt at fault. Not only were they not able to get damages in full recovered as a result of the accident but they couldn't even get my insurance to pay PIP benefits owed to doctors for valid treatment received which came out of my already decimated payout. They took six years to get abolutely no benefit and they didnt even have the nerve to call whem the case closed. They took their paycut and did less than nothing for me.

This happened to me:nMy case was a PIP form 2016. After my medical treatment term, they suppose to go forward with my case. They should start ending November of 2016. After I called on Jan 2017 I was told that they were waiting for my Medical Records. n1. Nobody follow my case before my call. Nobody asked for my records before. nI called the medical office and asked them to please fax the records.n2. February 2016, Gonzalez & Associates were waiting for my records. Told them they were sent already...they will review and call me back. Never received that call.n3. March 2016...called and asked status of my case, it was pending.n4. April 2016: called and my case was still pending. Called my auto insurance company, and they told me that a proposal was already sent to my attorney. Called back attorney and they found the proposal, i accepted, to wait.n5.May 2016: they need my firm to accept payment for pending medical claims. End up going to the law office, seating with attorney and case manager and calling the doctor and asking to void those pending bills. I had to do that myself, forget about the attorney that is representing me.nAsked if they already have the money from insurance and they said no. Called Insurance Company and they said the the payment was issued on April, was given ck number and deposit date. Called attorney and she still lied to my self, even when i provided the ck information that was given to me. Total BS.nnI PRACTICALLY HAD TO MANAGE ALL THEIR WORK AND IN TOP OF THAT PAY THEM A FEE FOR REPRESENTING ME.nTHERE ARE MORE COMPETENT LAW FIRMS HERE IN MIAMI.nDO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR OFFICE. nSEE WHAT ARE YOU SIGNING FOR BEFORE ACCEPTING THEIR SERVICES: THEY NEED TO FOLLOW THING IN A TIMELY MANNER. ALSO THEY SHOULD NOT CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA FEE FOR MAILING SERVICES, SINCE THAT IS NOT WRITTEN ON THE CONTRACT.nnI'LL LOOK FOR THE COMPLETE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF MY CASE AND WILL POSTED, THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!

Terrible. They stole our money, never completed our bankruptcy as services were paid for. They will not call you back. They will not help you. I had to file a complaint with the FL Bar Association in order to get any resolution. Still waiting a refund for services paid 3 years ago, but never rendered. I would avoid at all costs. There are better law firms out there that don't cost extreme amounts.

I'd say they're pretty badass! Everything that is done well, takes time and at the end of the day, I got awesome results.
