Marcellus H Moore jr is Highly unethical and corrupt this man tried to use coercion on my then 10 year old son. This man IS A JUDGE in the Court of Claims and acting as a child’s lawyer simultaneously totally a CONFLICT OF INTEREST!!!! He is So incompetent, rolls his eyes and urges like a Woman, this man should be nowhere around children, trying to put fear in my son, Extorting me for money and he’s a crooked JUDGE but NOT FOR LONG!!!!! Your DAY IS COMING MARCELLUS H MOORE JR

If you consider this firm on your own, ask them their success rate? How do they measure success? Ask questions. Make your concerns known. Any Attorney who consistently shows up unprepared with opinions/suggestions based on the Attorney's feelings VS the facts of the case, is a true danger to the family core and a true profit to the courts. Very likely the perfect firm to gaslight abusive opposing parties. This business is also the Child Advocate Law Group??? You have a right to protect your family. Protect your child. Keep them out of and away from court! SO many other healthy/wellness avenues to take to get families where they should be. This one looks like a dead end. AI gives a better/quicker/more-effective/more-impactful family solution. Review statute. Take your questions and concerns to your Legislator, Attorney General, Governor, Illinois Court System, et al.

If it was possible to give no stars I would have. In my opinion Mr. Marcellus Moore is a horrible attorney/ guardian i feel like he preys on families that already in emotional distress . Mr. Moore hasn't help to resolve the concerns that he was hired for but has added extra financial and mental distress. I feel that he is deliberating dragging out this process out to drive up attorney fees . I am hoping that sharing this information would help save someone else from experiencing the same mental and financial stress this has caused me and my family. Please be aware so that this won't happened to you and your family.

One of the worst attorneys out there and it very unfortunate that ppl have to deal with him because the courts appointments him. This man was paid $3500 and did nothing but host zoom calls with the the female respondent for hours. He never visited the children or that there schools be cause he related he was afraid of Covid, however mr Marcellus Moore travels in and out of the state. The man doesn’t even respond to meeeting that you set up on his website. Very unprofessional and ghetto. If this attorney is assigned your case ask that another be assigned.

Very unhappy with this firm particularly Attorney Marcellus H. Moore Jr.. My wife and I have to travel a total of 6 hours for court, only to find attorney Moore to be unprepared on multiple occasions. My wife has emailed, called and text, he fails to respond. When she arrived to court he handed her approximately 20 pages of information, requested she review it and sign it. She had been requesting the information for days prior to the scheduled court date. Needless to say, she refused and another court date had to be scheduled. The positive thing is that he accepts responsiblity for his shortcomings. However these shortcomings are costing us both time and money. If he wasn't the court ordered counsel for our 14 year old, we would have sought out other counsel by now. He is a polite person, however his work ethic leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend this firm.
