First off, Mr Getty is a flat-out awesome person. I had an extremely strange case arise from a disillusionment over ten years ago. I had failed to comply with a court order that I had no idea existed. It was a potentially serious problem. I could've even ended up in JAIL! Well, Dan was the attorney that got back to me very promptly. He was calming and profoundly reassuring. He advised me on the course to take and sorted everything with the court in the span of 24 hours. It wasn't easy for him- he was at my courthouse before it was even open (and it was 45 minutes from his home office!), he was dogged and determined, and proved himself to be a true ADVOCATE for his client. This guy is the worst lawyer I have ever seen in my life. Had him for a Court appointed and was late to both my court dates the first by like 4 hours. Didn't know a thing about my case didn't care either just going through the motions. Pray You Avoid Him.

He is a great attorney an amazing person he doesn't just treat you like a client he treats like a person and understands what you are going through
