Completely blew my husband's case and put over $5000 down the drain by filing the wrong paper work REPEATEDLY. Jody failed to file a modification petition for custody with our emergency order and didn't request enough time for our case to be heard causing the emergency order to be dismissed. Then she served our respondent the WRONG PAPERWORK when she finally filed the petition. They served her redacted paperwork and our respondent's attorney was able to have the service quashed. To make it worse she failed to put in an address change we filled out (and she charged us for), so the respondent was able to claim unclean hands in not one but two separate cases. Her paralegal also refused to give me a detailed billing invoice when I requested one. They will take your money not show you where they spend it and keep charging you when Jody really has no clue how to be an attorney and needs to go back to school!! Hire literally anyone else!

A++++ for this office and staff! Attorney Fisher was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate about my case! I felt as if I was top priority and apart of the family! Not only did Mrs. Fisher get the case settled in my favor, the whole team went above and beyond anything I could ever ask for! Her rates are MORE THAN FAIR for the time and dedication I received as a client. The communication lines were always open and the responsiveness was extremely fast! All my questions were answered promptly and efficiently! The entire staff including the attorney really took time to make me feel at ease in a high stress time in my life! Attorney Fisher has been the BEST attorney I have ever had the pleasure of retaining and I highly recommend her!!

The staff was very professional and Jody was amazingly fast in resolving my legal worries. My issues came up during the Covid -19 pandemic - the staff provided great social distancing, protecting me as a client while still effectively working on my case.

The worst Attorney to handle divorce. She charged me thousands and not done anything for me. I don’t recommend her. Don’t waist your money.

This law office is amazing! Ms. Fisher was so caring regarding my son's child support case. She guided us through the process and has given him a new lease on life since he is no longer has an enormous amount of back support to pay. The staff was courteous and helpful every step of the way. Even in court when the judge was being rude, she maintained her professional demeanor and "stuck to her guns". Working with her was a real blessing for us.
