I tried buying a house twice and understood paying for escrow but the second time I paid it was 3 times more from the first time. Due to a timeshare taken advantage of me as well I couldn’t get a loan for the house and lost a total of $4,000 paying escrow to this company. Was eager to take my money and no one communicated to me why this happened. I was just told this is how it works.
