Kickass lawyer! I spent 10 years fighting for custody of my daughter with another lawyer and barely got any visitation. When I hired Mr. Kaplan, he got me my daughter back in a year! Amazing!! Let me begin by saying, I am truly impressed with how professional Mr. Kaplan is. He is great at what he does. He is always available to speak with me when ever I need him. He explains everything thoroughly about the case and even offers advice. He has won our case and we are very very pleased. I have dealt with many attorneys in the past and I have honestly never been this happy. His level of knowledge and experience is astounding. However, the magnitude of issues and the level of harassment I had received from the father of mytwo children, his girlfriend and opposing counsel had been paramount. For this reason I felt compelled to divulge to the world how Mr. Kaplan changed not only the direction of my case, but my life! nnI had hired and fired two different attorneys prior to turning to Mr. Kaplan. After no other attorney was willing to help me after reviewing the pages and pages of dockets on my case, Mr. Kaplan didn't even hesitate. Just to tell you that after just three months of complicated motions and hearings, I can say without even flinching that he not only knows law, but is so good at defending my kids. He is a father himself, so putting himself in my shoes wasn't really all that difficult. He knows his way around the courtroom, everyone knows him and is very well respected by Judges and other lawyers, particularly opposing counsel, which has been a thorn on my family's side since day one. Believe me when I tell you that I had been struggling with depression, anxiety and had become a major cynic because of always having to be one step ahead of the kid's fathers' sociopathic tendencies. He's taught me not to sweat the small stuff. He is level headed and very responsive whenever I need to speak with him. He never talks to me through his Paralegal like my prior attorneys. He is straight with you and tells you like it is, which I appreciate a lot. He's reasonable and not money hungry either.
