I don’t generally leave reviews but feel compelled to say that there is no one else with Bryan Smith’s level of expertise in so many areas of law in the Wilmington area. Prior to moving to the Wilmington area he worked in the District Attorney’s office in another county here in NC…..I worked for the Sheriff’s Dept. in the same county. I believe this is one of many reasons he is so skilled at positioning his clients very successfully no matter their particular need. He handled my litigation with such professionalism, integrity and objectivity that I have recommended him to family and friends in need of representation……and they have been equally impressed. Thank you Bryan for all you do for our community!!

These guys were just exceptional. Easy to work with and very relaxed.

$3000.00 got me a motion to recognize an out of state order, and a letter written that was about 2 paragraphs. Paid the retainer, and he dissapeared, will not call back, or follow up. Refused to show a statement, when asked of how the funds were spent. I worked hard for that money, and it was wasted on this "Lawyer".
