I recently hired Mr. tucker. I had an eviction order/judgment that wasn't legal. I wasn't served a 30-day notice. I wasn't served correctly on a summons , I was given a 5 day quit.I hired Mr Tucker, and he was a breath of fresh air in my messed up life. We went to court, and the judge completely agreed with my Attorney,That I was served incorrectly and it was wrongful . You just don't know what to do, and you really need a lawyer. I was there. I'm very grateful, I found him! His assistant Susan said that when I called her to make an appointment for an initial consultation, she said, " I was good hands. I will. Say Amen to that I was indeed in excellent hands. This man has extensive trial experience. He knows the law. He saved my bacon. I very much appreciate it and I'll tell you something else about him. He's very empathetic about your situation, and I'll tell you straight up if he can do something or not. You're looking for somebody to save Your bacon. I would recommend Mark Tucker any day of the week, and let me tell you what a good attorney's hard to find! Thank you Mr Tucker!

I called the person who answered the phone doesn't want to take information of the situation I have he wants me to pay $250 and talk to lawyer not even knowing my situation.

He Does not hold himself accountable for communicating what needs to be accomplished, or status of a case or any problems or errors in the established relationship. I have never been treated so disrespectfully (totally irgnored) from someone who most certainly knows better and gets paid quite well for service. In one of my phone conversations I asked him to send (or in his case resend) the judgment price agreement. He never sent (or resent) it to me (i can't sign something not sent) and when I asked for status of the judgment he totally ignored me, instead of saying something to the effect "here again is the contract for you to sign for us to move forward" or "in case you still dont have the judgement contract to sign, here it is again". I had to complain to the bar just to get a response/acknowledgement out of him. He totally wasted my time and did not honor the process necessary for tenant damage reimbursement we agreed upon. Now I have to basically start over again. Do not waste your money on this incompetent attorney!

Mr. Tucker gave very professional advice. He researched another county's statutes and how their rental properties need to be established for renters to occupy, or else the lease is not enforceable. He was very respectful, and spoke to us in language we could understand instead of all legal jargon. I highly recommend him.

My fiancé and I were having some challenges with our Landlord who was making threats to evict us so after researching the applicable statutes we decided to seek legal advice. The receptionist (Sorry, forgot your name) who answered the phone was very helpful, she took my information, explained the options (phone or in-person), fees, and upcoming available times for the initial consultation and verified their office address. I then canceled my appointment with the other attorney’s office (who couldn’t even verify their location address for me when I asked). I’ve never had to hire an attorney so I was a bit nervous when we went to see Mark but almost immediately after meeting him both me and my fiancé were at ease! He was very professional and communicative while listening to our concerns, reviewing the current statutes, sharing his professional experience, and in explaining what we could expect if our case goes to litigation. He was very detailed in his advisement on how we should proceed after our visit with him and even followed up via email (promptly) when I shared additional concern after the consultation. He is very down to earth, easy to talk to and genuinely seems to care about what is right! I highly recommend the Law office of Mark A. Tucker and will definitely be using him for all future needs.
