Horrible Experience with this wanna be lawyer. If I could rate 0 stars I would but google only allowed a minimum of one. Mr Munoz along with his poor customer service staff Norma were THE RUDEST people I have ever met and dealt with. They refused to help with anything regarding a case, simply asking for a letter saying he is working on a case, he and the representative both were just making a fool out of us because he is a “free” lawyer, he wont answer phone calls, receptionist will hang up, they wont talk, listen or give a single care in the world towards you unless you wave some money in their face clearly. His only answer to every request was “it’s not free”. Instead of asking “what can I do for you?” Or “what else do you need?” Or even a “I’ll work on that asap for you” but no instead his answer was “it’s not free”. If anyone gets this person assigned to you as a lawyer, request a different lawyer ASAP. It’ll save you time, patience and sanity.

We made an appointment for 10 am and this guy never showed up. We waited till 11 am so we found another lawyer down the street that helped us. I really don't recommend this guy

I was given him as free lawyer he did nothing for me he suggested me to plead guilty i was not guitly of domestic voilenc my judge was telling me if anyone told me to plead guilty i sed no but he told me who is the jude going to beleav u or the cop so i plead guilty even my probation officer sed my case is not wat she has seen before if u get this lawyer for free pleas potion for a new lawer he does not care about anyone he did nothing for me calling my use of weed the devils lettuce he has no understanding of wat people go thrue in this generation my judge was nothing but understanding but my lawyer took my mental state as a joke i told him if i had any other choice he took me out the court room as if he was embarrassed and never contacted me of wen my next court date was he never tryd to defend me i took it as since im a low income person living in the progect i should plead guilty wen i was never told could plead not guilty till the day we wer in court i had to call to see wer my court date was i assumed it was thrue zoom but it wasnt pleas make better decision than i did i feel like he did nothing for my case
