I feel compelled to leave another review for Niles. I already left one review for him on another site. But, what he accomplished on my Civil Appeal was so spectacular I could leave 100 5 star reviews and it would not be enough in my opinion. Niles, is the best Appeal Attorney (criminal or civil) that you could hope for. What he accomplished in my case is Amazing. He actually 'revived' my case (overturned very complex Summary Judgement). There is already an article online about the case.
