William took the time to explain the process and answered every single question I had pertaining to my worker's compensation case. Whenever I asked for a status update to see how things were going, was never left waiting for a response.Communication was really good. They have been helping me with my case since 2020 and even though it's taken a long time to finally settle they have kept me updated every time I called.
