Pamela Randalls turned into RedStone a year or two ago. Since then communication has strongly been influenced and services prices have increased. They started DVL letters which increases negotiation cost, without sharing that a 25% fee was attached to any settled account from sending that one page DVL letter; very shady approach in my judgement. It is very difficult to obtain accounts update in regards to accounts being negotiated as well as what is in escrow. They called me one day telling me one account was settle, to call me the next saying it was not. The following day they called me telling me I was going to get $2000 back, two days later called telling me it was the wrong account. I have had to called sometimes up to 4 times followed by 6 emails to get the answer I was looking for... The negotiators (Mr Wahl) is patronizing and unprofessional. The manager (Mr Wright) just bluntly ignore me. The only person that did a great job all the way through is Mme Stacy Witlinson. In the end the contract started with RedStone was worth it and got us out of old debt.I am cancelling my contract with them and I am choosing to handle my last account by myself, that's how much I am no longer trusting them. Transparency and customer service is very disappointing. I strongly suggest using different services for debt settling.

I was very disappointed in this company also. Very miss leading. They were charging me services not render.
