Randy Etheridge is probably the most skilled and passionate attorney that I have had the experience in dealing with. I had to retain him for a legal matter which was going to impact my life severely if not resolved well. I thought about having a public defender representing me, or hiring a less expensive attorney. I spoke to several attorneys, none of them were willing or seemed able to persuade the State Attorney to accept the deal that Mr. Etheridge presented me. He didn't fill me with ineffective information. He told me he couldn't make any promises and was always honest with me. And it resulted in my having a result that was better than I ever expected from the beginning of my case. I know that Mr. Etheridge could not be out performed by any attorney I spoke to, (and I spoke to over 10). And my investment with him was not only life-saving, but the best one I could have ever made.

Was arrested last year with no bond and facing up to 15 years with a minimum of at least 2 years in prison on a 2nd degree felony charge. Randy and his amazing staff arranged a bond hearing for me. He came to the bond hearing, spoke a few words, I was given a bond but I was unfortunately unable to pay. 2 weeks later I was lay on my bunk, my name was called, I was told to pack my things and informed that all charges had been dismissed.

Mr. Etheridge took on my case of the system trying to kick me out of drug court that they set up the robbery that happen to me by one of the clients that was in the program. Lucky I had Surveillance cameras and Mr. etheridge on my side. The program tried sending me to prison cause of a individual they wasn’t obeying the rule while in the program was on community control as I was on that you suppose not to leave until schedule. This individual stole my wallet that ha 1900 in it that was suppose to pay for my payment plan for my license I saved up for to get them. June 06 2019 I wouldn’t never forget I was taken into custody for know reason and stayed in custody until July 13 2019 and was released from drug court unsuccessful for know reason as they tried sending me down the road to state prison for something they tried doing to me that caused me to get kicked out. Me. Etheridge took another cause of minds not being our of the program for not even a month the crooked system paid my child mother along with the adoption agency that played apart into this situation to. I never put my hands on my pregnant girl friend. I bonded out and got Mr. Etheridge again and he got the charges dropped because she signed paperwork stating that the charges was false. I even bonded my child mother out of jail in that whole mean time cause of my care for her and my child. Not knowing the adoption agency was still bribing her threw her whole pregnancy to sell her child smh????. But I give 5 stars to the law firm because they don’t Discriminate on who you are what color you are in the work hard for your money thank you again Randall Etheridge. I still owe you 2500 and I thank you for your service and will catch that bill up for your hard service work. We need more lawyer in town like Mr. Etheridge. It’s a blessing that I meet your faimly at a early age in life of me not knowing I was the bulky goat of this town. God bless you and your faimly...
