Mr. Bernard has been the best family law attorney I have had the chance to work with. He was always very helpful at explaining my situation in terms I could understand and had always promptly gotten back to my questions outside of our regular meetings, whether by phone or email. I can't say enough about Mr.Benard. Unfortunately I had to deal with family court more than once in my life but this last time was different. I typically hate lawyers and would prevent an attorney from representing me. Mr.Bernard was different. He seemed passionate about me getting what I deserve. Scott fought very hard every time we were in court to make sure I was treated fairly and equally, he made sure I didn’t get walked all over like every other attorney I had let happen. He was always very quick to get back to me if I emailed or called. I will be requesting Scott every time if I ever have to go to court again but because of his desire to fight for me and my rights as a mother I don’t see that I will have to go back to court.
