Susan is a great attorney and treated me with professionalism and respect. She is very direct and keeps it "real" I like the way she carried herself and her confidence and bluntness may be misinterpreted by some dingbats as arrogant but I assure you that she is top notch and has the experience and credentials to back that up. I would highly recommend her . I checked the other reviews, on here before writing mine, there are some negative ones and I'm my opinion, they are just not accurate

0 out of 5 starts. I cannot believe this woman is still in good standing with the bar. Not only does she have a hateful demeanor (even towards her own clients!), she is not professional or ethical! A complaint WILL be filed with the bar. Aside from being a very poor attorney, and not respected by her peers (so I've learned), she is just an angry person and acts like she is above the people paying her.

Probably the worst attorney I have ever run a crossed. When she was let go with strong direction to not negeoate on our behalf, she did so anyway with out our permission. She agreed to a plea deal that made no sense!!! Then she had the audacity to charge for that time. She needs to get out of law and practice a profession more suitable for her limited talents!!!!!!!!

I paid 1600 dollars which was only in phone calls made by Ms Allen. All local calls and not distance. This did not include no documents preparation or court. I terminated service and she continued to charge me for unnecessary services. She charge me an hour rate for a five phone call to another attorney. I’m so disappointed in all of this. Assisting a client doesn’t have to be like this.
