Our family hired Mr.Dougherty for a family matter. Unprofessional, unconcerned, couldn’t keep track of our information, couldn’t remember our names, was very hard to get a hold of, disappeared for weeks at a time, wasted a lot of paid time talking about himself, never returned all of our legal documents and left us hanging with no resolution to our case. We had to leave 4 messages and send 3 emails to even get a response. He simply dumped our case because he said he “thought it was over” then tried to charge us over $3k more out of nowhere, simply because we spoke up. He will also fabricate the number of hours worked. Whatever he quotes you, expect about double (and we never even saw the inside of a courtroom.) He is pompous, self centered and egotistical. So if you want to spend thousands of dollars to listen to this man talk in circles, repeats the same thing over and over, can’t remember your name and stares at your chest for half the meeting then this is the guy for you. 0/10

TOM IS AN AMAZING LAWYER WHO HAS CLASS AND IS RECOGNIZED WITH GREAT COURTROOM MANNER. HE HAS LITIGATED SEVERAL CASES FOR MY PERSONAL FAMILY AND COMPANIES AND WE HAVE COME OUT ON TOP EVERYTIME. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE ANOTHER LAW FIRM THANKS TOM FOR KEEPING US SAFE AND WHOLE ALL THESE YEARS.
